Wood Group Nets Culzean Field Hook-Up Deal
Wood Group has been awarded a new contract by Maersk to deliver mechanical and management services for the hook-up and commissioning of the Culzean gas condensate field in the UK central North Sea.
At peak manning, approximately 200 new jobs will be created by the project to support the new three platform, high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) development, which is expected to begin production in 2019, the company said.
The three year contract is effective immediately.
