The underwater search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 could continue as the US-based seabed exploration specialist reportedly offered to take another stab at the likely search area.

The two-year search was suspended in January this year after it failed to find the MH370 flight that vanished on March 08, 2014, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing with 239 passengers and crew aboard.

The energy company Eni Norge, a subsidiary of Eni S.p.A. has joined the Siemens Subsea Power Grid Joint Industry Program (JIP).

Siemens Subsea is developing a complete subsea power network with a group of partners, led by Chevron and including Statoil, Exxon and Petrobras, as part of a Joint Industry Program (JIP).

Norwegian shipbuilder Kleven has sold the vessel BN 379 to an undisclosed international player.

The vessel was initially named IES Energy and built for Malaysian based joint venture company IES Pioneer.

Miclyn Express Offshore (MEO) has reached an agreement with Shelf Subsea to charter Nusantara, an Indonesian flagged dive support vessel, for a period of 2 years with options to extend.

Shelf intends to use the vessel to provide integrated diving and ROV services to clients across Asia Pacific.

General partnership between SNC-Lavalin, Dragados Canada and Pennecon has been awarded a construction contract from Husky Energy as part of the company’s West White Rose Project in Newfoundland and Labrador.

SNC-Lavalin and Dragados Canada each hold 40% of the shares, while local company Pennecon is a 20% partner.
