Neptune Marine Services informed that Dominic Siu has resigned as a director of the company following four-and-a-half years of service.

Dominic Siu is the chief financial officer of Singapore’s MTQ Corporation.

In addition, Neptune has appointed Nicholas Cocks as an independent director, a member of the Remuneration Committee of MTQ Corporation.

He is the chief executive officer of the Readymix Group. Cocks graduated from Australian National University with a degree in Commerce.

“The board would like to thank Mr Siu for his efforts during his period as a director,” Neptune said in its ASX filing.
