‘Connector’ Extends Hornsea Project One Campaign
Ocean Yield has entered into a contract for extension of the charter for the vessel “Connector” for a firm period up to and including September 30, 2018.
The charter has further extension option for a period up to and including November 19, 2018.
The vessel will continue to carry out cable lay operations for Ørsted’s Hornsea Project One offshore wind farm project.
The initial charter was announced in December last year, with scheduled start for March 2018 with a firm period of 130 days, plus up to 130 days extensions.
Financial details surrounding the deal have not been disclosed.
