Normand Pioneer Gets Brazil Job

Solstad Offshore has entered into a contract for the construction support vessel CSV Normand Pioneer with Queiroz Galvão Exploração e Produção (QGEP) in Brazil.

The contract has a duration of two years firm and in addition charterer holds two yearly options.

The contract is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2019 and will support production at the QGEP-operated Atlanta Field in Santos Basin.

Built in 1999, the 95-meter Normand Pioneer will replace the AHTS Far Sagaris, who presently has this position, when its firm contract expires in Q1 2019.
