USA: Ashtead Technology Announces New Senior Management Team Appointments

Ashtead Technology, a market leading asset rental business, supplying specialist equipment and personnel to the offshore subsea oil and gas sector and the environmental consulting, non-destructive testing and remote visual inspection industries has restructured its senior management team as it continues to expand.

Graham Philip (formerly Group CEO) has been appointed Group Deputy Chairman primarily responsible for the Instruments Division, Allan Pirie (formerly Group CFO) has been appointed CEO of the Offshore Division and Mark Derry (formerly Offshore Division MD) has been appointed Offshore Division Chief Operating Officer.

Chris Braithwaite, Chairman of Ashtead Technology, said ‘These appointments reflect the on-going geographic and service range expansion of both the Offshore and Instrumentation divisions and I am delighted to be working with Graham, Allan and Mark as they continue to grow and develop Ashtead Technology’.
