CARIS BV recently held a CARIS LOTS Article 76 training course at their office in Heeswijk, the Netherlands.

The training was provided to delegates from the Ghana National Petroleum Agency, Ghana Geological Survey Department and University of Ghana. Members of these organizations have been working together on the Ghana National Continental Shelf Delineation Project.

CARIS LOTS software is used throughout the world for the completion of maritime boundary negotiations as well as for maritime limit management. LOTS Article 76 provides a complete set of tools to enable costal states to submit a claim under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) Article 76.
