Gassco Gets Consent for Disposal of H-7 Facility Offshore Germany

Gassco AS (Gassco) has received consent for disposal of the H-7 facility.

The H-7 facility is located in the German sector of the North Sea and was used as a compressor platform along the Norpipe pipeline from 1977 to 1999. The facility will now be disassembled and removed from the site.

Operating company Gassco has applied for and received the Petroleum Safety Authority Norway’s (PSA’s) consent for disposal.

Statoil will carry out the removal project on assignment for Gassco.
