EMAS-AMC Extends BOA Deep C Charter Agreement

Boa OCV AS has a firm charter contract with EMAS-AMC AS for the BOA Deep C until 18 August 2013.

The parties have now agreed to extend the charter party for a 60 days firm period. After redelivery the vessel will complete its scheduled class survey, and will be made available for long term contracts starting early 2014.

The Boa Deep C is a state-of-the-art, technically advanced, highly competitive offshore construction vessel capable of operating in waters up to 2,000 meters. With a proven track record ranging from heavy lift and floatover operations, transporation, pipelay installations and ROV support, the Boa Deep C is a widely versatile and economically efficient vessel with unmatched workability. Utilizing its 1,150 m2 deck, 2 ROVs and 250 ton AHC crane, the Boa Deep C provides a stable platform to complete demanding offshore oil and gas projects in the most challenging ultra-deep water environments.
