Eolien Issues Tender for Geotechnical Foundations Inspection

Eolien Maritime France, subsidiary of EDF EN and DONG Energy has issued a tender for geotechnical services offshore France.

The work scope consists of offshore wind farm geotechnical foundations surveys and associated services, including geotechnical investigations for foundations’ detailed design composed of geotechnical boreholes with coring, sampling, and in-situ testing.

The tender includes three locations offshore France:

- Fecamp (Haute Normandie - Seine Maritime), offshore wind farm of Fecamp as the contracting entity;

- Courseulles sur Mer (Basse Normandie - Calvados), offshore wind farm of Calvados;

- Saint Nazaire (Pays de la Loire - Loire Atlantique), offshore windfarm of Saint Nazaire.

The value and project duration hasn’t been disclosed.

The deadline for submission of tenders is August 18, 2014.
