Petrex Assists CNRI in Lyell Subsea Pump Setup

Subsea Project Management Specialist, Petrex have successfully supported the CNRI Subsea Project Team on their installation of a Multiphase Booster Pump (MPBP) at the Lyell subsea field.

Petrex acted as the CNRI interface for the day to day project management of the MPBP vendor, umbilical splice vendor and new HV connector vendor in readiness for offshore operations.

Petrex successfully provided project management support for the hardware readiness aspects of the project on behalf of CNRI.

The Petrex scope also included the completion of the preliminary engineering analysis for umbilical recovery and splice deployment and development of a 3D ACAD/Inventor model for installation clash checks / visualisation.
