GCGG's 'Duke' to Shoot Rocket 2D Seismic Phase 1

Gardline CGG Pte Ltd, a Joint Venture between Gardline Geosurvey and CGG, has been awarded the Rocket 2D Phase 1 multi-client marine broadband seismic survey by Spectrum.

The survey has been awarded under a master service agreement signed in October 2014 between the two companies.

M/V Duke will start acquisition next week on completion of its current workscope.

The multi-client project, named Rocket and encompassing up to 10,000 line kilometers of 2D seismic, will be conducted in two phases between now and June, the company said.

M/V Duke will complete the 4,400 line kilometers of Phase 1 within the next 6 weeks.

Rocket is Spectrum’s first acquisition project in Australia and Gardline CGG is honored to have been selected as the seismic contractor,” Gardline CGG said.
