Gardline Gets New Geoconsultancy Manager

Gardline Geosciences has appointed Roi Santos as the new Geoconsultancy Manager.

Santos has taken over responsibility for the offshore contractor’s geotechnical engineering team, following the departure of Geotechnical Director Andy Barwise.

Gardline Geosciences Managing Director, Eric Zon, said: “The offshore industry is facing challenging times but with Roi at the helm of our expert team we are in a great position to further develop our expertise and capability in this highly competitive market.”

Santos added: “One area we will be focusing on is the burgeoning North Sea offshore decommissioning sector. Field work and consultancy will be supported by our hazardous soils laboratory, which gives us the ability to carry out geotechnical testing of highly contaminated seafloor and seabed sediments in a safe environment.”
