Normand Installer Gets SBM Extension

SBM Offshore Services Inc. (SBM) has declared their option to extend the existing contract for the OCV “Normand Installer” with a minimum of 200 days charter for 2016.

The Normand Installer is a deepwater construction vessel and has been on a similar contract with SBM since the vessel was delivered from the yard in 2006, Solstad Offshore informed.

The Normand Installer is owned by Normand Installer SA, which is a Joint Venture Company of SBM Holding Inc S.A. and Solstad Offshore.

In addition, Solstad have signed two new contracts for the CSV “Normand Baltic” with a combined duration of about 180 days. Commencement will be during August 2015.
