Roller Sheaves are used to secure the bending radius of a line during deployment or when a line needs to be routed around an obstruction on a rig.

ABCO Subsea’s Roller Sheaves are fully customizable, from the bending radius and the diameter of the line held by the Sheave through load rating and down to the color of the component parts. The company also manufactures stack-able Roller Sheaves, riser interface arches and specialty appliances for kill, choke and boost line goosenecks.

All of ABCO Subsea’s Roller Sheaves endure several phases of in-house and third party testing before being shipped to a customer magnetic particle testing, load testing and installation testing.
