Mermaid Maritime Director Steps Down (Thailand)

Mermaid Maritime Public Company Limited, a leading provider of subsea and drilling services for the offshore oil and gas industry, has announced a change in its management.

Surasak Khaoroptham wishes to step down as the non-executive director of the Company in view of his other commitments (including a full time role), which will require his full attention.

The change is effective from 31. July 2013.

The Company would like to record its appreciation to Khaoroptham, who has been a Director of the Company since 3 August 2006, and thank him for his contributions and insights and wish him well.
