Paradigm CEO Gets Award for Strategic Vision and Business Success

The chief executive of a privately held investment fund based in The Netherlands has received a top award for his strategic vision and business success throughout 2014.

Fraser Innes, CEO of Paradigm Group BV, which was established in late 2009 with a focus on investing in upstream technology, has been named as a winner of the Finance Monthly CEO Awards 2014.

The group, which has made three acquisitions in Aberdeenshire in the last four years, has interests in a number of key segments including drilling, subsea and topside flow assurance, well intervention, reservoir evaluation, and tubing conveyed perforating (TCP) services.

The Group has created 130 jobs in the North-east with companies based in Inverurie, Kintore and Aberdeen, and plans are in place to recruit 35 new members of staff across the three bases by the end of the year. The company is also looking to open two new facilities in the immediate future.

The award recognises Mr Innes as an extraordinary individual who has shown the strategic foresight and leadership to deliver superior performance over the past 12 months.

Judges also said that he had effectively managed all key stakeholders and prepared the organisation for the next phase of growth, and in the process, helped create an enduring organisation, which has had a deep beneficial impact on a wider community and society at large.

Paradigm Group BV chief executive, Fraser Innes, said: “It is a real honour to be given this award and it is testament to the hard work and dedication of the teams at all Paradigm companies and their commitment to making the group a world leader in the industry. The company has undergone a rapid growth in recent months and we are constantly evolving and inventing new ways to help our clients succeed.”
