Marine Harvest Norway Hires KB Dykk for Diving Gig

Norway’s KB Dykk, a subsidiary of NTS ASA, has secured a deal with Marine Harvest Norway for the lease of service vessels and provision of diving services in the North Region.

With this agreement, which starts on March 1, 2016 and runs until January 1, 2020, KB Dykk has secured a long-term employment for the of 14.99 meters long vessel which will be delivered from FMV AS in February next year.

This is the third long-term agreement that KB Dykk has signed this year, and second with Marine Harvest Norway.

In parallel with the new agreement, the company has contracted an additional vessel on 14.99 meters from FMV AS, the fourth in a row, scheduled for delivery in April 2016.

The company currently operates seven service vessels primarily serving breeders in central and northern Norway. In addition, the company will acquire three new vessels in 2016; the two above 14.99 meters, and a 24-meter vessel in July.
