PHOTO: Naming Ceremony of Sanco Sword Held in Norway
Sanco Shipping & Dolphin Geophysical held a naming ceremony for M/V Sanco Sword on Saturday, March 22.
The M/V Sanco Sword is a high capacity 3D seismic vessel built by Kleven Maritime’s Myklebust Yard in Norway.
The vessel is characterized by high transit speed and industry leading bollard pull, which enable large and wide tow configurations.
M/V Sanco Sword, just like its sister vessel Sanco Swift, is of Skipsteknisk ST324 CD design.
It is equipped with 16 seismic streamers and has a length of 96,15 meters.
The vessel can accommodate up to 60 persons.
